The Board of Directors and the entire management of PT JAGUR KARYA UTAMA are fully committed to fostering a safe, healthy, and sustainable working environment across all operational areas of our business pillars—comprising Manufacturing, Infrastructure Construction, Wholesale Trade, Logistics/Catering Services, and Mechanical Repair Services.
We firmly believe that sustainable commercial success can only be achieved through the optimal protection of our most valuable asset, our Human Resources, alongside a steadfast commitment to environmental preservation. To fulfill this commitment, PT JAGUR KARYA UTAMA establishes the following strategic policies and obligations:
🎯 1. Legal Compliance and Updated Regulations
Ensuring absolute compliance with Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety, Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), as well as local environmental regulations within the City of Cilegon and Banten Province.
🛡️ 2. Prevention of Workplace Accidents & Occupational Diseases (Zero Accident)
Providing a safe workplace by continuously identifying, assessing, controlling, and minimizing any potential hazards through HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) protocols across metal fabrication areas, civil construction projects, logistics warehouses, and field technical activities to strictly achieve our Zero Accident target.
👥 3. Active Participation & Safety Culture
Encouraging involvement, consultation, and two-way communication among all employees and labor union representatives in the planning and execution of the HSE Management System. Every worker holds the right and obligation to exercise Stop Work Authority if an Unsafe Condition or Unsafe Action is detected.
📈 4. Continuous Improvement
Conducting periodic evaluations, internal audits, and regular reviews of HSE performance targets to ensure the management system continuously evolves, remaining relevant and adaptive to the latest advancements in industrial technology.
This HSE Policy applies to all Directors, Employees, Contracting Partners, Suppliers, and Visitors operating under the operational control of PT JAGUR KARYA UTAMA. This policy is formally documented, periodically socialized, and reviewed annually to maintain strict alignment with the corporation’s strategic direction.

Direksi dan seluruh manajemen PT JAGUR KARYA UTAMA berkomitmen penuh untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, sehat, dan lestari di seluruh wilayah operasional pilar bisnis kami—meliputi Manufaktur, Konstruksi Infrastruktur, Perdagangan Besar, Jasa Logistik/Boga, serta Layanan Reparasi Mesin.

Kami percaya bahwa keberhasilan komersial yang berkelanjutan hanya dapat dicapai melalui perlindungan optimal terhadap aset paling berharga kami, yaitu Sumber Daya Manusia, serta komitmen menjaga kelestarian lingkungan hidup. Untuk mewujudkan komitmen tersebut, PT JAGUR KARYA UTAMA menetapkan kebijakan dan kewajiban strategis sebagai berikut:

🎯 1. Kepatuhan Hukum dan Regulasi Terkini (Compliance)

Mematuhi secara mutlak Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1970 tentang Keselamatan Kerja, Peraturan Pemerintah No. 50 Tahun 2012 tentang Penerapan SMK3, serta regulasi lingkungan hidup lokal di wilayah Kota Cilegon dan Provinsi Banten.

🛡️ 2. Pencegahan Kecelakaan Kerja & Penyakit Akibat Kerja (Zero Accident)

Menyediakan tempat kerja yang aman dengan mengidentifikasi, menilai, mengendalikan, dan meminimalisir setiap risiko bahaya (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control – HIRARC) di area pabrikasi logam, proyek konstruksi sipil, gudang logistik, hingga aktivitas teknisi di lapangan demi mencapai target Zero Accident.

👥 3. Partisipasi Aktif & Budaya K3LH (Safety Culture)

Mendorong keterlibatan, konsultasi, dan komunikasi dua arah dari seluruh pekerja dan perwakilan serikat pekerja dalam perencanaan serta pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen K3LH. Setiap pekerja memiliki hak dan kewajiban untuk menghentikan pekerjaan (Stop Work Authority) jika ditemukan kondisi yang tidak aman (Unsafe Condition) atau tindakan tidak aman (Unsafe Action).

📈 4. Peningkatan Berkelanjutan (Continuous Improvement)

Melakukan evaluasi, audit internal secara berkala, dan peninjauan rutin terhadap target kinerja K3LH guna memastikan sistem manajemen terus berkembang secara relevan dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi industri terbaru.

 

Kebijakan K3LH ini berlaku bagi seluruh Direksi, Karyawan, Mitra Kontraktor, Pemasok, maupun Tamu yang berada di bawah kendali operasional PT JAGUR KARYA UTAMA. Kebijakan ini didokumentasikan, disosialisasikan secara berkala, dan ditinjau ulang setahun sekali agar selalu selaras dengan arah strategis korporasi.
